‘Ribbons of Gold’ My original painting was done in photoshop in 2017, based around the lyrics "I would watch you walk along the canal, wearing ribbons of gold" from the song 'Ain't Scared' by The Tragic Thrills. I cant remember the exact work time, but I want to say between 4 and 6 hours. The new 2020 version is an update/renewal of the concept, but also an entry into Team PRISM's art prompt of 'Glow' This piece was done in Clip Studio Paint, using paint brushes and a much more firm grasp on color. Work time was approximately 2 hours. I am really happy with the simplicity and feeling this new piece gives!
