I could see maybe if your pool of actors is small (I have no clue about the US voice acting scene) or he really wanted to be on the project or something.

Dude, I dunno. Brycey P has always sounded to me like the store-brand version of Vic Mignogna, who I am not fond of to begin with, and I tend to find most dubs underwhelming anyway.
update: it seems they didn't get Komaeda's VA /again/, and some poor dude just really sounds like him haha. Oh man
