Plot: When Minako enters an idol competition, Yaten criticizes her duty as a Sailor Senshi.

There was a key chain that resembled Artemis inside of Minako’s desk drawer.

Minako sang her character song “Route Venus” again. It was previously heard in episode 154.

As Sailor Venus dodged the phage’s attack, the strap on her left shoe was missing.

I’ll get back to comment on the scene and dialogue later, but I want to ramble on Minako’s room and speculate!!!!!!!!!

Maybe it’s just the angle of the shot, but the Aino residence looks kinda huge? Like a mansion????  And Minako has a home phone installed into the wall of her bedroom???

Otherwise Minako’s room look relatively simple, with lots of yellow, light orange tones in addition to white for personal belongings.  I especially enjoy noticing the yellow stuffed toy!

Like who is Minako saying ‘good night’ to?  Her parents? 

We know nothing about Minako’s home life/family life in PGSM except there is indeed an Aino residence that we can conclude is her home.  It leaves so much room for interpretation regarding Minako’s background.  I’ve seen fanfiction where Minako actually lives with Sugao as an adoptive father, or Minako with two normal parents, or with divorced parents, or Minako’s actually an orphan adopted by the Aino, etc.

I’d love to know what anyone thinks Minako’s home life seem to be.  Her ‘good night’ in the scene seem warm and casual enough to at least show its for someone she’s comfortable with.
