These TNT Pork Burgers taste great and are very spicy. A burger that is explosively tasty is made with ground pork, pickled jalapeos, and a spicy Ghost Pepper-Mustard Aioli.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground pork. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup diced pickled jalapeos. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and black pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce and tomato slices for topping.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, breadcrumbs, diced onion, diced pickled jalapeos, minced garlic, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized burger patties. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the Ghost Pepper-Mustard Aioli by mixing 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons yellow mustard, and 1-2 teaspoons ghost pepper sauce adjust to your preferred level of spiciness. Stir until well combined. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes, until they are lightly browned. Spread the Ghost Pepper-Mustard Aioli on the toasted buns. Place the cooked pork burgers on the buns, and top with lettuce and tomato slices. Serve your TNT Pork Burgers with Ghost Pepper-Mustard Aioli immediately and enjoy!
