Literally, it’s the best one I’ve EVER had. @black_bear_burger have done it again, Stu just gets better and better with his creations, but @aubreyallenbutchers play a big part in it too as their meat seems to be unbeatable at the moment. Heritage pork patty, cheese, onion, brekkie sauce, English breakfast muffin. As simple as that, but that pork mince will literally blow you away. The spice running through that patty is beautiful, and that brekkie sauce links up perfectly with it. The ridiculous part is that this muffin kit for 2 is only an extra £10.95 as an add on when you order a burger kit, and that’s for 2 doubles! It’s been a while since I’ve posted my runs. Just haven’t taken the time to this holiday season. Here are a few of the runs I’ve done recently. Been trying to do no less than 5 miles at a time. A lot of treadmill runs (which I hate).

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆/Paid | It may have been 10:30am but that doesn’t stop me eating a burger. This is the Notorious P.I.G Burger. A pork patty with bourbon glazed streaky bacon, homemade bacon chilli jam, mozzarella, smoky bbq sauce, and apple slaw. 🐽 Honestly this was beautiful. I’ve never had a pork burger win me over so much. That bacon chilli jam is definitely the star of the show. The Dirty Little Grunter from @africanvolcano at @maltbystmarket. Pork minced patty, caramelised pork belly, pork crackling, vintage cheddar, peri peri mayo, sautéed onion, peri peri sauce, homemade burger bun. It took me over 2 years to finally try African Volcanos burger, and I'm kicking myself that I didn't do it any sooner. This was INCREDIBLE. The pork belly was the softest, silkiest, juiciest pork with a perfect slightly crispy edge around it, but then it's sprinkled with chunks of crackling which adds a crunch and saltiness to it. The pork patty melts in your mouth, and the peri peri sauce and mayo only emphasise the rich flavours from the meat. The buns are all homemade, and the interesting part is the peri peri mayo is mixed in to the baking process. This burger is BIG, so squashing it down was a must, which gave me this volcano-like explosion of juices. This was one of the best things I've eaten in a long time, I'm surprised no one talks about African Volcano more. These flavorful pork and horseradish burgers are complemented by a refreshing apple slaw. The combination of juicy pork, zesty horseradish, and the crispness of apple slaw creates a delightful and satisfying burger experience.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground pork. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 2 tablespoons grated horseradish. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 4 burger buns. 1 cup shredded cabbage. 1 apple, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard. Lettuce leaves for garnish.

Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated horseradish, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Divide the pork mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat. Grill the pork patties for about 5-7 minutes per side or until they are cooked through and have a nice char on the outside. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the apple slaw. In a separate bowl, combine shredded cabbage and thinly sliced apple. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard to make the slaw dressing. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and apple mixture. Toss to coat evenly. Once the burgers are done cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two until they are lightly browned. To assemble the burgers, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a cooked pork patty, and then spoon the apple slaw on top of the patty. Place the top half of the bun on top, and secure the burger with a toothpick if needed. Serve the pork and horseradish burgers with apple slaw immediately, and enjoy!

These Indian-Spiced Pork Burgers are a tasty take on the regular burger. These burgers are juicy and tasty because they are made with ground pork and a mix of fragrant spices. They are great for making a unique and filling meal.

Brush the grill grates or griddle with oil to prevent sticking. Grill the pork burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
