I should have replied to this, like, ages ago, but the whole point of the Bilewitch is that he wants what you DON’T want to give him. If you want to give him your life, then he doesn’t want it.
He’d much sooner take someone’s pain for a time, however temporary that might be (I only used the life thing as an example because a lot of people don’t want to give up their life for information).
So if you’re unwilling to part with pain, then he wants that pain, if that makes sense? Yeah. He’s meant to be one of those oddly compassionate / empathetic / sympathetic individuals that just wants to make someone’s life easier (and sometimes that means taking away something they cling to, like a keepsake from a dead loved one that’s preventing them from moving on).
Anyway yeah, tl;dr, his "prices” are unconventional, but what he’ll take as payment depends solely on the person rather than an umbrella of things he’ll take as a substitute for gold. Usually it’s something that’s going to help that person with said trouble they’re coming to him with. Also am sorry I just needed to ramble about something cuz I’m experiencing a LOVELY art block and apparently writing is all I can do :’ )

Actually!! I think this is something that can be done surgically, because I know that there are women out there that DO, in fact, have heart shaped areolas ; w ; it’s a type of cosmetic surgery - and of course I looked it up before I decided that Amita was going to have heart-shaped ones XD (getting areolas of that shape can also be done via tattooing). I first saw them on a nude model when I was browsing someone else’s blog ; w ; /
