These healthy brownies are a treat that doesn't have too much guilt. With Greek yogurt and almond meal, they taste great and have a lot of flavor. The Airfryer makes them quick and easy to cook!
Ingredients: 150g pure chocolade minstens 70% cacao. 75g boter. 2 eieren. 75g Griekse yoghurt. 75g kokosbloesemsuiker. 75g amandelmeel. 25g cacaopoeder. 1 theelepel vanille-extract. 1/2 theelepel bakpoeder. Een snufje zout. Handvol gehakte walnoten optioneel.
Instructions: Smelled pure chocolate in a bottle while it was in the microwave or the water bath. Let it cool down to room temperature. Put the meat and Greek yogurt in a bowl and mix them well until they taste good. Put the kokosbloesemsuiker on top and good luck. Put the cooled chocolate mousse in the fridge and wait until everything is well mixed. Put the almond meal, chocolate powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, and a little bit of sugar on top.
