Ingredients: 2 cups elbow macaroni. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup milk. 1/4 cup butter. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
Instructions: Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the flour to create a roux and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in the milk until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
