With an air fryer, you can make a steak that tastes like it came from a restaurant and has a crispy crust. For steak lovers, this quick and easy recipe is great.
Ingredients: 2 sirloin steaks 1 inch thick. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme.
Instructions: For 5 minutes, heat the air fryer up to 400F 200C. Olive oil should be spread on both sides of the steaks. Put salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried thyme in a small bowl and mix them together. Spread the spice mix out evenly on both sides of the steaks and press it in slightly. Stack the steaks one on top of the other in the hot air fryer basket. For 8 to 10 minutes, flip the steaks over halfway through cooking to make sure they're cooked all the way through. Change the cooking time to get the doneness you want. After taking the steaks out of the air fryer, let them rest for a few minutes. Then, cut them up and serve.
