#lufthansasucks #lufthansasurprise #lufthansafail #lufthansanoshame #lufthansa #fail #airlinefail shame on them! Lufthansa is a nightmare. Just don’t fly with them. I had to come from Genova (Italy) to London (UK) through Munich (Germany). Although I tried to check-in as soon as possible so I can pick up a seat, they changed as they claimed the airplane in both flights. That resulted in an arbitrary change of seats for some passengers. In the both first and second flight there were a lot of the so called business class seats empty. The totally unacceptable though change of seats occurred during the second flight where the business seats account for almost half the airplane, namely from 1 to 11 from a to f. During the flight, the front half of the plane was empty almost (more than 80% empty) and everyone else had to squeeze pointlessly at the back. Reminds you a little bit of the “Titanic” movie already? When I asked why that happened they replied (and there are records of this) that this aircraft has this particular layout due to location of the business class separator curtains so they had to squeeze us like animals at the back while the front would be almost empty. Can you imagine that they gave us this reply? When will I choose Lufthansa again? (Hmm like, never?) I suppose I will choose them only when there will be no other options. The problem though is that this company is huge. Individual user feedback will not even result in a reply or an official apology from them. The point is to make our voice heard through talking about it. Either face to face with everyone we know or through the social media. Unfortunately for them, they will not be able to deny that such thing ever happened like some other people who deny other much worse things (crimes against humanity?) as there are proofs and witnesses this time. So guys, just try to make your voice heard. If your voice is heard, they will address eventually the issue as they might see a further sales drop. We have no other way. I must however say that the crew was helpful in all the flights despite the rude tone of voice of them. (at Frankfurt Terminal 1 - Lufthansa)
