(Affordable, noise cancelling and good sound quality)
So, my AirPod Max stopped working on me today after 2 1/2 years of owning them. For the last 6 months or so I’ve been having an issue with them where I’d put them on my head and they wouldn’t turn on or connect to my phone. I’ve been fixing that by factory resetting them everytime it happened (once every couple weeks maybe). So today, when I went to use them the same issue happened. I went about my normal routine to reset them and it didn’t work. Instead of flashing orange then white they just flashed orange and stopped. No white light and no pairing mode. Therefore, I cannot get them to turn on or connect to my phone.
In the meantime I will try some more fixes and let them sit for a couple days.
I’m coming on here to ask if anyone has any recommendations for affordable, good quality, over the ear headphones with noise cancellation? The AirPod Max were gifted to me and I genuinely do not have the money to spend 600 dollars on headphones right now, as much as I would.
I was looking into the Sony XM5s but there a bit to pricey for me right now. Leaning towards the XM4s.
My main concern is my neurodivergent self having to navigate the last 3 weeks of the semester without my headphones. I am disappointed and distraught :/.
