My relationship with my different names is... weird. I prefer Ajax by a long shot, but I'm okay with being called Childe... but being called Tartaglia feels. Icky. And always did. I hate it when my canon counterpart refers to himself as Tartaglia bc it's like. I would not fucking say that. I'm Ajax or Childe. Tartaglia is an identity they forced on me.

Also for me Childe was more a nickname than a codename? Like it wasn't anything official people just... called me that. Which I guess is why it feels less tainted. -Ajax (#🌊🦊🏹)

Getting mischaracterized is really starting to get to me tbh,,,

I'm not incapable of love or empathy. I'm not a master manipulator. I'm not cruel or sadistic, I don't enjoy causing pain. I enjoy FIGHTING, there's a difference. I enjoy the act of fighting, I enjoy taking down strong opponents because it proves my own strength... and okay, yeah, the Abyssal bloodlust thing.
