Why am i so inlove with a fictional character from the 80s?

Well i ask myself this question a dozen times.and i am inlove with the fictional 80s tv detective from the 80s series simon & simon...yes that's true i am totally crazy about him.is that normal? 8D maybe it is.or i am crazy. Or just both perhaps. Oh my gosh get a grip girl you losin it

Ok i know that simon & simon ended when i was just 8 (yes i was born the same year this amazing show started and i know i look very young for my age too 😊).but i was wondering...who still has a crush on aj simon?i still have a crush on aj,and i still love simon & simon .i got seasons 1 to 4 of it.still waiting to get seasons 5 to 8 of simon & simon.my brother had send it to me as a birthday present and yeah i am still very estastic about it lol .i will always have a crush on aj no matter what
