In AK-xolotl you are an axolotl that shoot gun. In revita you are a child that has a ghostly gun. In 30xx you are megaman/megawoman. In early 2021 there are A LOT OF FUCKING INDIE GAMES
Aw hell yeah let's go!!! Love this game and playing it (free) on mobile?? Absolutely

Dear [Every Videogame dev]
If your video game contains any highly repetitious action that you have assigned a button press to ask yourself if it is at all feasible for the same action to be assignable as holding a button or as a toggle.
The example that has me typing is “semi-automatic” weapons in top down roguelite shooters. No one is attempting to argue that those games are in the least simulationist, and several of them offer a gameplay advantage if you can click the fire button very fast indeed on the semi-automatic weapons, others wise to the fact that macros exist have implemented fire rate limits.
Given the above information why can i not simply hold the button down to access the full fire rate?
Must i court rsi/carpal tunnel in a bid to get the most out of a piece of video game equipment?
If any part of the challenge in your game stems from making the controls uncomfortable to use then it would be fair to say we have very different views on what constitutes meaningful challenge.
Also and i mean this in the least aggressive way possible i hope you get a serious but temporary injury to whichever hand will most inconvenience your typical format of gaming.
Sincerely,
[Someone who does not want to get the surgery for carpal tunnel because someone decided that the silly little video game pistol should only fire when you click but can by design fire faster than the assault rifle]
