Working in conjunction with her favorite designer, the councilwoman arrives to the gala in a gown that she feels compliments both her culture and that of their new friends.
The monochromatic look beautifully captures the Collective’s simpler, less vibrant social standard while still placing Leoran whimsy on full display. And though we’re not sure of the exact weight of the gown, Councilwoman Thevar assures us that it won’t keep her from taking a few spins on the dance floor.
