Crystal spider, crested basilisk, nether ray - whoever you want to answer for (any/all)
Crystal Spider - What are your character’s thoughts on technology? Or do they prefer to use more primitive tools?
Jezi is open towards technology, but hesitant. She’s not a big fan of experimental or shiny-new, not because she’s against it, but she simply knows that she doesn’t have the aptitude for it and doesn’t care to meddle with things she knows she’s likely to fuck up. She’ll use technology that’s been around for a while and well-tested, though; teleporters and rocket travel and the like. She can use guns, but she’s not as proficient with them as bows, they still haven’t made one that isn’t too loud for her liking, and some little animal part of her brain really doesn’t like setting off an explosion that close to her head. There’s body parts even a troll can’t grow back.
Crested Basilisk - Is your character stubborn? Is there any wiggle room when it comes to changing their mind?
Mihoto is probably the most flexible of the three. She’s young, not very combat-tested, and has grown up in the ranks of the druids where little in the way of interpersonal conflict really exists. She hates conflict and is usually willing to go along to get along. I don’t have Akaashe nailed down very well on this point, but being a protadin, there’s definitely some righteous fury going on there, but she might be kind of gullible.
Jezi makes small adjustments easily when it comes to situations, but not larger things. If she believes something needs to be done, she’s very flexible about how it happens and making concessions to get things done, but she’s very hard to convince out of a real goal. She’s also deeply pragmatic and likely to apply Occam’s razor to damn near anything.
Nether Ray - Does your character have a good sense of direction? Or do they get lost easily?
Jezi is better at remembering where she is and which way she’s supposed to be going; Mihoto doesn’t remember as sharply, but she’s very good at figuring out where she is when she doesn’t know. Akaashe mostly sticks to mapped roads because her chosen solution is likely to be “walk until you find a thing, ask it for directions, either follow it or kill it depending on response, repeat”.
