The meeting had already been arranged a few days prior; a 101 crash course in dietary nutrition. Haruka was quite able when it came to cooking, though the thought that went into balancing meals let him down tremendously. Rin, he remembered, had gone on at length on numerous occasions on the topic, and seemed to be the best option for asking advice.
The familiar trip was made the Foxglove apartment block with good time; a small carrier bag of ingredients and an apron in hand. Room 3's door was given a light knock to alert one of it's inhabitants that his expected visitor had arrived.
Parakeet: When you buy a pet bird, most people will tell you that it’s better to buy them in pairs. Does your muse have someone they regard as their ‘partner’ or pair up with the most? Be as vague as you like.
There's no other answer to this other than, well, his twin. Kaoru is worlds more important to Syo than most others, and they've always been sort of a package deal despite going their separate ways with their career choices.
Second would probably be Atsuro. Best friends and all, you know.
To: Rin-chanI had a very good dream, and it was you, and me, and just the right amount of gin, and I'm coming over right now.

That's what Rin had said to him. And regarding their... recent developments, Miyuki couldn't exactly reject it entirely... But it wasn't an easy position to slip into.
Of course, he knew it wasn't like he was Rin's property. But this whole 'exclusivity' thing was regrettably new to him, awkward like suddenly shedding a layer of skin.
"Rin-chan. What do you take me for, hm? You don't have to say stuff like that..."
I Can’t Stop My Love For You, Revive {I wish I could say I'm sorry about these but I'm not }
HOMOSEXUALITY UNDER THE CUT
I Can’t Stop My Love For You: Feeling the love? Write about our muses and their first romantic attraction to each other. What happened to cause this? Perhaps it was love at first sight? An accident? Anything.
Rin wasn't any different from the rest.
And if he was, it wasn't by anything too great--attractive (required), witty (optional, but nice), and "liked" Miyuki well enough (that was a given). A usual operation.
But then he asked if it would happen again and Miyuki, for reasons untold, said yes.
Maybe their physical compatibility was just too good to give up. Maybe Kazuya had gotten tired of the same old, same old. Maybe it was an incredibly deliberate slip of the tongue...
(Maybe it was the idea that this could be something, he could be someone, I could feel--different.)
But something was definitely there.
Revive: Your muse has been stuck in a coma for a few weeks. Write about my muse staying by their bedside and witnessing their awakening. (Or vice versa.)
Too dark. Too quiet. Too bright. Too noisy.
Miyuki feels as if he's been gotten barely a wink of sleep and suddenly he's being crowded and coddled--the bright light from above is obscured by one particular shadow (and if he wasn't struggling to squint, he'd have caught the wet shine against that face).
His body doesn't seem to recognize himself for a few minutes, but he slowly regains control; he aches and groans thickly as a nurse tries to keep him still--hospital, he's in the hospital?--but he holds up a hand and frowns. Maybe she had a point, because he's already feeling a tad dizzy and Kazuya's got the other hand on his head, trying to soothe the rhythm in his temples.
The hand in the air is turned by another's, palm facing upwards, and something light, cold, and familiar is placed in the center.
...He can put his glasses on by himself.
By now, he's got most of his faculties together, and he's blinking, squinting, waiting for his eyes to adjust...
And he looks up.
He knows his throat is dry and his voice is creaking but he gives it a shot, anyway, and he falls into a fondness he remembers better than anything of the past few weeks.
He supposed it would become a more common occurance now, bumping into Rin or Gou in the hallways, given that they were living in the same building now. It'd probably take some getting used to though he couldn't exactly say that it was a bad thing. Just odd. Going from friends and teammates, to losing all contact, bitter rivals, friendly rivals and now neighbours.
At least having Rin next door, popping out to go on runs in the morning, would keep him motivated to do the same, to keep himself from falling behind when it came to condition; Makoto had already issued a warning not to let things get too competitive.
"Morning," he greeted plainly, just as the other was leaving his apartment and locking the front door. Just arriving back himself from shopping for supplies—it was difficult finding fresh mackerel in a city not situated near the ocean, store bought would have to suffice—Haruka held up the plastic bag as he pushed his own door open. "I'm making breakfast if you want to wait around for a bit.."
