Jira wished her mistress would call on her more often. Waiting around at the shrine was becoming a meaningless and default task for her, but she will not disobey even if it was tempting to at times like this./ She walked outside after sensing a new presence only to see a tan skinned figure approaching the area. "May I help you?" ((Jira to Takehiko))

Takehiko was following the steps up the mountain path to Isolde’s shrine when he saw the young girl ahead. “Oh, hello there,” he said in a friendly manner. “I frequent these mountains and know Isolde. Do you think she has a moment to visit with me?”

He smiled a little friendly smile to her and continued up the path towards the entrance, making the appropriate bow and observances as he entered the sacred space of the temple grounds.

"Sh-Sh-Sho-sama!!" the young man smiled softly as he entered the temple. "G-g-good day... are y-you h-h-here??"

A set of windchimes at the far end of the shrine tinkled happily in the breeze in response. All else was still and respectfully silent in the shrine. Peaceful and pleasant.

Ever since she was little, Octavia always wondered about the Gods and their involvement with the world. When comparing her kind with them, they were much more important and mentioned in several books throughout the centuries.  She has never had a chance to see once since her father was against it. Now that she was older, Octavia had the chance to do research on the Gods. 

The one God that drew her in first was Shō. She was only lucky to find a book mentioning the wind God within the library. Without thinking, she borrowed the book then walked to the park across the street.  Upon opening the book on her way there to glance at what she was suspecting, Octavia sighed. 

It was in Latin.

The water demon didn’t let the language stop her. She was still learning it so maybe she could learn a few terms.  She found a nice spot next to a large lake where the wind gently blowed. It was a cloudy today which will help Octavia read the words a bit better without having to worry about the glaring sun. After getting situated underneath a tree, she finally opened up the book at the first page which contained a few lines and was centered. It took her a minute to read it out loud, for she was trying to pronounce the words in her mind first. 

“Aer repente flavit in carne vestra in me beneficium.. (A)”

The comment grabbed Remy’s attention as he bowed then greeted the customer. “What you’re smelling is our double chocolate brownies that are baking right now. Would you like some?” He offered while he tightened up his own apron while keeping eye contact with the other.

Before he noticed it, a stranger was looking over his shoulder, bent at the waist a little. “That’s an interesting book you have there. What’s it about?” The stranger smiled an enigmatic smile that seemed to hint more than idle curiosity.
