Every forget to probe? 😂😂 I cooked this steak on @grillgrates and turned after 1:30. It came out a bit rare on the cap, but was still amazing! I ate the entire thing. I’m going to sous vide this Akaushi/Wagyu ribeye at 128 degrees for a few hours until we eat dinner! This @anovaculinary machine is a workhorse. I’m using a @cambromfg container works perfectly.
