At Western Boy Express, one can choose from olive oil (Aglio Olio), cream (Carbonara) or tomato (Arrabbiata) based sauces for their spaghetti. This time I selected Arrabbiata Chicken Spaghetti (鸡扒番茄意面) set meal with cheesy fries 🧀🍟, salad 🥗 and mushroom 🍄‍🟫 soup. Unfortunately, the tomato 🍅 sauce is too acidic for my palate; a little sugar would have balanced it out. However, the pan-fried chicken steak is still as good as before.

I know, I have been patronizing Western Boy Express for their chicken and spaghetti 🍝 recently. So this time round, I changed the noodle sauce and ordered the Chicken Carbonara Spaghetti (鸡扒奶油意面). Featuring the same pan-fried chicken steak, albeit shrunk in size over cream sauce spaghetti. And yes, it sure is creamy till I found it too cloying. Apparently, the chef cheated by adding cream 🥛 to the dish. As usual, I chose to top up S$3 for the set meal.
