गणतंत्र दिवस पर बाबा साहेब के विचारों का प्रचार, डॉ. सिराज कुरैशी ने किया ध्वजारोहण

76वें गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर बाबा साहेब अंबेडकर पार्क में विशेष कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान मुख्य अतिथि, कबीर पुरस्कार से सम्मानित डॉ. सिराज कुरैशी ने ध्वजारोहण किया और बाबा साहेब भीमराव अंबेडकर के विचारों पर प्रकाश डाला। डॉ. सिराज कुरैशी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि भारत का संविधान पूरी दुनिया में अद्वितीय है और इसे बाबा साहेब जैसे महान व्यक्तित्व ने तैयार किया। उन्होंने अपने निजी हितों के बजाय देश और नागरिकों की प्रगति के लिए अपना जीवन समर्पित कर दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि बाबा साहेब ने उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त करने के बाद देश को सशक्त बनाने और समाज के पिछड़े वर्गों को आगे बढ़ाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। डॉ. कुरैशी ने जोर देकर कहा कि बाबा साहेब ने न केवल दलित और पिछड़े वर्गों बल्कि सभी नागरिकों के लिए समान अधिकारों और अवसरों की व्यवस्था की। उनके शब्दों में, "बाबा साहेब ने कभी किसी कुर्सी या पद के लिए काम नहीं किया, बल्कि देश और समाज के उत्थान के लिए दिन-रात मेहनत की।" कार्यक्रम के दौरान, बाबा साहेब के “अखंड भारत” के नारे को भी प्रमुखता दी गई। सभा में कई गणमान्य व्यक्तियों, क्षेत्रीय नेताओं और स्थानीय नागरिकों ने हिस्सा लिया। इस अवसर पर पार्क में सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां भी दी गईं, जो कार्यक्रम की शोभा बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ राष्ट्र के प्रति सम्मान और गर्व को दर्शाती रहीं। Read the full article

“National Unity Day” on 31st October, 2023.

NSS Unit of Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram celebrated “National Unity Day” on 31st October, 2023 to inculcate the feeling ofoneness and unity. NSS Volunteers and faculty Dr. Anupam Dalal and Dr. vaishali dixit of  Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram participated in the flag-hoisting ceremony and the pledge-taking ceremony and expressed their gratitude to the Government of India for organizing the National Unity Day celebrations on Rajpath.  The day was celebrated to commemorate the birthday of Sardar Vallabhai Patel (popularly known as Iron Man of India) who struggled hard to unify the princely states into one nation.                                                                                                                   The objective to celebrate this day was to re-affirm the inherent strength and resilience of our nation to withstand the potential threats to unity, integrity and security.
