Hit up a new Ramen and Sushi joint for lunch- @akinomnomphilly their namesake 🍜 was a fresh and spicy take on tonkotsu. The pork was sweet and tender, the broth was rich and just a tad spicy. The tea was a miss though and I was disappointed. It was unfortunate as the ramen was great. I recommend they move to a sencha or at least a decent bancha.
