I'm going back to my roots lol. I like the gray scaled version better though. The og style is surprisingly hard to get down. / WIP /
Now that I'm in that stage. I don't think the creature is that hideous. Victor describes him as beautiful,
"And I had selected his features as beautiful. Beautiful!-"
So technically the creature is beautiful. Even if it's not in a sense that is conventional or traditional. Maybe Victor thought he was beautiful for the very first few moments like every mother thinks of their first borns as beautiful. Maybe it's his pride in creating something resembling a human. But either way it's an interesting prospect. Victor is not a reliable narrator so later, His disgust at the creature mostly seems to stem from the fact that he feels, wrong. That he has awakened a corpse, redefined nature rather than actual repulse at the appearance of the creature. Like, he has made that thing with his hands. Surely it's not the most ugly thing he has seen. The change in his pov was pretty abrupt too, in about a page or so.
...i never imagined I'll see Lavi being bridal carried in the manga
Therepy will cost you money, watching Mushi-shi won't
The amount of desi fics the Dhurandhar movies has brought has me crackling
NGL but Mafuyu and his fear of people has to be the most realistic part of Given . Nothing makes me wanna hug him faster than him talking about how hard it is for him to use words and be around people. We needed more of Mafuyu coming forth to Uenoyama despite his very obvious Autistic/neurodivergent syndrome.
