🗻 Things Lost and Things Obtained 🗻 Akisa 🗻 CH4 🗻 Re: Execution, Fee, Items, Motive 🗻 OPEN 🗻
When she thought back upon the past few days, she could very well say that this is where things truly had gone to shit; at least for her.
Beau’s execution was….well, she didn’t really remember. She hadn’t cared much about how the girl was going to die, not really. Why would it matter? She’d gotten cocky and careless and now she was dead. Whatever. She didn’t matter anymore.
What had mattered was Chuuya’s presence; surely only here to make her life that much harder. And to raise her blood pressure, honestly. He’d smiled at her, ignoring the scowl she shot his way before serenely telling her of what she had lost this time.
“You…?”
Oh no.
“Congratulations on making it this far. To continue playing the game we have taken your talent at hiking from you. You’ll find yourself not as good of a hiker as you were previously… Good Luck~”
No.
Her scowl had vanished completely to be replaced with shock and curiously enough, fear. She didn’t even try to stop Chuuya from moving to the next person, instead opting to get out of the trial room as fast as she could. Her feet had taken her to her room where she had thankfully collapsed against her bed as she tried to take a breather.
“What the hell…that can’t be possible…not really…but Hana-san’s eyes were…”
…and also to finally have that freakout properly. She could feel tears forming but let them fall down her face.
“I…I don’t have it anymore? What the hell am I then? Just some student who is about to get kicked out of her high school? God, what the fuck. What. The. Fuck. I’m useless and she’s won now. Holy shit?”
That had been…annoying, to say the least. Thankfully, that had been the extent of it as far as anyone entering the room would had known. Though her entire being had been obliterated, she had decided to keep it internalized. Internalize your feelings, compartmentalize it later. It had gotten her this far, she prayed it would get her through this as well.
The days following passed in a blur. Maybe too much of one, since the sudden motive stood out starkly amongst the memories in her mind.
“Oh jesus.”
This was a heavy weight on her mind. If they were telling the truth-and she wasn’t even sure they were truthful about granting such a revival-there surely must be someone dead in her peer’s lives that they had promised to bring back if a method like that existed. She was not exempt from this either, but…she wasn’t sure she wanted to keep this promise anymore. After all, who wanted to see her as she was now? Nobody, that’s who.
So she tried to steer her mind elsewhere by hitting up the gachapon-esque machine in the arcade room. She had only recently realized its purpose and she figured she may as well try it. In went three coins, out popped three items…
“Thanks. It was absolutely useless.”
She looked them over. A garish box of makeup and two dog plushies, one of which was dressed as Chuuya, the person she hated the most in this fucking place. She picked up the Jindo plush, looking it over before tucking it under one arm.
“….Maybe not that useless.”
She tucked the other plushie under her other arm (she could forgive the choice of clothes if only it looked just a little bit cute in it) and put the makeup box in the bag. As she straightened up, she caugh the eye of someone staring at her. Her, the tough-looking girl with two dog plushies under each arm. Though she had no real reason to be, she felt a tinge of embarrassment.
“What are you looking at, huh? Something funny to you?”
Não, eu não amava.
Não na história toda.
Teve caroço nesse angu.
Só queria me amar,
Todos foram suporte.
Tentaram me dar golpe,

Additional Notes: It appears that Akisa is very bruised up from an obvious fight...I guess being a Hiker means that you don’t really know how to defend yourself against actual people!
Purrramid||Yuudai A||Chapter 2 ATTN: Akisa
After playing games with Kousei and then taking a long break currently, Yuudai was more or less at loss of what to do. It’s not like anything else here would be of help to keep him interested for a prolonged set of time. But hey, he could always talk to some other students he hadn’t a chance to meet. Even in this situation, it’s better to make out the best in spite of glooming events occurring.
To the library he returns. The blond spent a bit of time looking for some comic books in the designated section before picking some and then laying down on a couch to then start reading.
Some comics were genuinely entertaining and in no time did Yuudai finish, while other comics the blond read didn’t appeal too much to the point that he stopped.
He was about to pick up the next comic in the pile when footsteps were approaching, the dancer looking up to spot a classmate he hasn’t spoken to yet. From the looks of it, she doesn’t seem like the friendliest person, and it most certainly doesn’t help with the current situation but… Maybe.. Maybe he can try?
“Ah, hello. How are you feeling..? I can imagine this situation’s really shitty...”
To be honest, the blond was still a bit worried about other people. What a nerd.
