Do you have a way of letting people down when you dont want to sleep with them?

I don’t have people asking me to sleep with them to be honest. But if I did, I’d probably use the whole “I have a boyfriend” cliche. Or say I’m on my period or something. There’s nothing scaring a guy more than the possibility of becoming a baby daddy! AND a hormonal woman.
