(MLB rant ahead) You know what puzzles me most?

How there only seems to be at least ONE person who is feeling down in Paris. Like what, do all the Parisians have a calender on when they can feel upset?

You expect me to believe Hawkmoth just happens to sense only ONE person feeling upset? Like what there is no hormonal girl on her period ready to rage so the akuma heads for the fussy baby instead?!

No group of college kids stressing about a last minute assignment?! No angry employee dealing with an entitled customer?! No disgruntled protestors?

You expect me to believe that in the whole ENTIRETY of freakin' Paris, fucking Hawkmoth only senses ONE angry/upset person to akumatize?!

YOU EXPECT ME TO BELIEVE THAT THE PEOPLE OF PARIS ARE SO WELL ADJUSTED THAT HAWKMOTH CAN HONE IN ON THAT ONE UPSET PERSON?!

Akumatized Villain Ideas

So I have actually entered the Miraculous ladybug fandom recently and had some pretty funny and wacky Ideas for some akumatized victims and their powers. Let me know what you think? (the names are just placeholders)

Child’s Play

My idea for this character would be a young child who is very lonley and sad. Their parents are always busy and nobody has time for them to play with them, OR their parents want them to grow up to fast while they cling to their childhood. (Manon maybe?) Perfect fodder for an Akuma. They give the child the power to turn adults into kids, so they will always have a playmate/no one has to grow up. It could be an allegory of Peter Pan. The child turns both Adrien/Char Noir and Marinette/Ladybug into younger versions of themselves.

Zooman/ Menagerie

someone with a love for animals (perhaps the Animan/aka Otis Césaire) Could be akumatized again or an actual animal with the power to turn OTHER people into animals. Maybe to make people show empathy tworeds animals to see what it’s like to be one? Perhaps cat noir and ladybug would become the animal’s they represent? A black cat and a ladybug.

Match Breaker

a Match maker character who isn’t very good at their job and just fumbles everything. Her powers would be the opposite of Dark cupid. She will try and force people to fall in love with who she sees fit or the first person their victims see. An underlining message about how you can’t force someone to love could be a main message. For example, Adrien could be hit and forced to fall in love with Marinette, She is delighted at first but knows it’s not real feelings. Or the same with ladybug falling for Chat Noir. both would come to terms with how love should be. Or it could also be a story about jealousy. Ship teasing the audience with popular ships such as having Adrien fall for Chloe, kagami or Lila much To Marinette’s dismay. On the other Hand Marinette could fall for Luka, making Adrien realize some jealousy and qeastion his feelings about Marinette.

Gender Bender*

This one I originally thought could feature a prominent LGBT character BUT handled VERY carefully. My original idea was about a trans-gendered or Gender neutral character. Maybe they are going through several struggles the community  face and are aksumatized...They could change or remove genders of people to show them what its like to have to deal with your identity being confronted or changed. IF it did feature a transgender or gender neutral character it would have to be played with respect and insight. If they chose not to go this path they could just use a different character in a similar situation.

Mangaka

A anime fan gets akumatized and turns paris 2-d in the original anime like style of Miraculous ladybug. The majority of the episode would be hand drawn in anime style of the promo video. Thats’s all I got. Please remember these are my own personal ideas. I don’t mean any offense to anyone.

Miraculous Special Moves

Sometimes I think of alternative ways the miraculous’ special powers might manifest, expressing differently between wielders.

Cat Miraculous Chat Noir’s seems to cause decay or malfunction, but what if others were:

Disease

Explosive

Incineration

Quakes

Radioactive

Rot (like actual mold).

Toxic and/or acid.

Urban decay, like with flora rapidly reclaiming civilization...

Butterfly Miraculous Hawk Moth is able to possess humans, but what if others:

Possessed spirits, ghosts, mythical creatures you don’t otherwise perceive.

Fox Miraculous Rena Rouge creates light illusions which dissipate with a touch, but imagine:

Psychic illusions—you can’t touch them to break them...
