Regardless of the time, day or region, distortions in time-space were few and far in between. Earlier this morning, there had been electrical readings off the charts, hindering most forms of technology albeit briefly, a large dragon-like snake getting sighted in the sky before disappearing.

And a few hours after that incident, roaming through the general area, was an oddly dressed young man seemingly by himself and carrying a lot of stuff with him. Happy, eager, making his way towards the city or human noise, unknowingly the two were going to meet eachother half way.

And thus his Eyes lit up, a Grin on his Face. Oh Yeah - he's Happy. It was as if he was just Told the Best News he'd ever heard in his Life. Heck - he even Fought with himself to not Jump up and Down!

He then Turned on his Heels, Heading Towards the Direction of Said Store. Naturally.
