What's something that could break them beyond repair? how do they act when they're at rock bottom? would they try to fight back or accept it? and what would fix them? (hits u with the uno reverse)

and i say that because he's already reached rock bottom at least twice in his life - more specifically, after he failed the island trial and his father released almost all his Pokèmon and started being shunned at school, and after he joined Lusamine in Ultra Space. and both times he completely shut down. he sees himself as a fighter, someone who bites back no matter what, no matter how small the corner he's pushed into could be-- but in moments of true solitude, in moments he realizes the worst case scenario actually happened, he loses all his stamina.

he eventually fights back, mind you. the first time it took years, the second months - and both times, he had to find someone who was worth fighting for, namely Plumeria first, the Champion second, and both times the rest of his Team -- but both times, his overly aggressive mask drops, leaving him sulking, quiet, hurt. and he hates it. ]
