I gotta just say the mean old blond man (Wesker) to mean old blond man (Kirsh) pipeline is so real.
I feel like they would start killing eachother very quickly, but it would be incredibly intriguing to see Albert Wesker interact with a synthetic who has zero issue matching him word for word and two times as sly. He may have no expression to a human, but his voice is not flat in tone, he still bleeds catecholamines and serotonin, and his microexpressions are magnified under the synthetic eye.
Still, Kirsh is so good at instigating minor conflicts into complete wars that he would probably get rendered immobile quickly for running his mouth.
With younger Al pre-PG67A/W, I am inclined to believe they'd end up cute lab partners. Far less irritable genetically and emotionally numb, Kirsh's demeanor would be more welcome and could not be so easily met with death.
