I finally finished the collar prop for my Alad V cosplay! Modeled by myself from scratch in Fusion360 (mostly got through that part with a lot of spite lol), printed in PLA and some small resin bits. I ... don't know how long this took to make in total, worked on it in whenever I had the time but I also had to redo a lot of parts bc I left them out in the sun when it was really hot over here oops.

Yes it's wearable, yes it's quite heavy, but with the way it sits on your shoulders the weight is actually distributed fairly well. The main pieces do come apart for transport, but they don't move or slide into another. I'm no engineer lol.

Yaaay finally finished the Alad V fanart I've been working on for like way too long now x_x I rarely ever draw people, and I don't think I ever have with this shading style so the whole thing was really nerve wracking to work on ngl. Also this is like only the second time I've drawn this trainwreck of a guy but the first one was a medieval woodcut so I feel like that doesn't even really count haha.

Managed to at least get one decent print from this Alad V medieval saint style woodcut I carved at some point last year. I love doing medieval style pieces but futuristic sci-fi games really aren't easy to translate into that style x_x Also the only paper I had that this would fit on is really thick printmaking paper so trying to print this by hand was a damn workout, and the second print I tried to make moved during it and ended up all blurry :c

I do wanna make some more like this whenever I can get my hands on more wood (this one was carved in MDF and I .... don't really recommend that lol. It gets all like... fuzzy)
