Khonsu is the perfect endbringer for a timeskip being a teleporter that is impossible to pin down, whose most important confrontations will always be happening off-screen. This sounds like I'm being mean but I think the way Khonsu was introduced (at range, Taylor watching through live feed and realising which capes it/he was inspired by, slowly realising that they're never going to pin him down) was probably the best possible way to give Khonsu a "moment".
Tohu and Bohu on the other hand, are incredibly frustrating because they could have been a lot more impactful than how they actually are? In theory they should represent parahumanity and civilian power structures respectively. You've got this otherworldly mutant who completely eclipses everything you are and is doing everything you (or allies) can do several times better, and then you've got this gigantic tower spawns armies and gradually turns the whole world against you.
Both of those concepts should be incredibly interesting, they just happen to be one of the timeskip things that just kind of fall flat.
