Per’s voice startled Mikah and she was extremely confused. He was the one who brought out the handcuffs and started cuffing her to the bed. All she had done was handcuff him to her. Shifting, she looked up at the cop and cocked her head with a soft frown. “What? Are you not into it?”
Per forced a laugh, “If I wasn’t I wouldn’t have brought them out but the problem is that the key is over there in my belt.” He gestured his head to the side and Mikah followed his gaze to the belt laying on the floor. Slowly, she looked back at him and did her best, although slowly failing, to not laugh.
“So...what now? Do we call the dispatcher?” She said, small bursts of giggles leaving her throat. It was extremely funny that neither of them had actually thought to make sure someone had the keys. Per’s eyes widened slightly and that didn’t make matters any less funny.
“God no. That’s the last thing I need. No...we can figure this out.”
“Per, we are both thin as sticks but neither of us are that thin to wiggle through your headboard.” Mikah pointed out between her laughter.
The cop just stared at her for a moment before realising she was right. They weren’t exactly healthy but the bed was too close to the wall and with their combined weight on top of the bed, he knew he couldn’t move it away from the wall. Swallowing his pride...Per reached over to the bedside table and grabbed his phone. “I’m calling my brother.”
There was only one person that would call Albrikt in the middle of the night so he didn't need to look at his caller id when he sleepy fumbled for the phone. "What?" He growled softly, not wanting to wake his wife up.
"I uh...I need your help. It's an emergency and I need you to come quick. Just hurry."
Per's voice and the word emergency had Albrikt stumbling out of bed and pulling his clothes on. "What kind of emergency?"
"Just hurry!" Per snapped before hanging up the phone. Albrikt stared stupidly at the phone for a moment wondering what the hell it was about...and why he heard a very familiar laugh muffled in the background.
Being the ever loyal brother he was, it didn't take long for Albrikt to get to his brother's home. "Per?"
Albrikt followed Per's voice and was just about to ask what was wrong...when he was treated by a shirtless Per straddling a very naked Mikah. It took his a moment just to realise what he was seeing. "Are you? What the fuck?" His embarrassment was replaced by laughter when he walked around the pair to see their wrists connected by handcuffs around the headboard.
"This is the big emergency?" He asked, looking between his brother and Mikah. Albrikt now understood why he heard laughter in the background.
Per glared and tried to keep the embarrassment out of his face. "Yes. My keys are in my belt, I need you to get them."
"And if I don't?" Albrikt teased, moving out of his brother's reach and going to the belt. While he wouldn't have minded leaving Per cuffed to the bed, he did feel a little bad for Mikah. "Alright, I'll unlock it."
"I didn't say unlock it."
Mikah busted out laughing as Albrikt stared at Per with a horrified look. "Just set them on the table so I can reach." Per said as he nodded to the table.
Albrikt's laugh just made Mikah laugh harder. "Alright, alright. Here," he grabbed Per's police belt and dragged it next to the bed. "Just if you wanted to get crazy with the tazer. Oh wait!" Albrikt pulled out his phone and made sure he was out of Per's reach as he took a selfie with Per and Mikah in the background.
"Will you just go?!" Per snapped as he tried reaching for his most annoying brother. Albrikt raised his hands and put his phone away."Alright, I'm going." Albrikt's laugh echoed through the flat as Per leaned down and put his lips next to Mikah's ear.
"You are stealing his phone."
