drinking tip: fruit juice is a good chaser/good thing to consume while drinking cuz it contains a good amount of glucose which is one of the things that alcohol depletes from your system and causes hangovers to be so icky

so drink lots of water (hydration!!), eat or drink fruitz and eat some carbs (to absorb the alcohol in yr tummy/slow down its digestion)!!
