Can we organize a committee to give the deserved Oscars to Deborah?:) I think these stupid awards were used also to flatter the ego of the Hollywood stars. Deborah was too much of a good girl and conscientious actress and she was taken for granted. They always overlooked her, knowing she'd still be there and doing a good job when needed.I would have given her at least 3 Oscars... For roles that she was not even nominated for! So it's something wrong, either with me or with the Academy... Irene

oh i stopped taking the Academy seriously long ago. but i agree that Deborah was taken for granted and it saddens me a lot. and i don’t think there’s something wrong with you, i would’ve given her at least 3 Oscars as well. and one of them definitely would’ve been for The Innocents. trouble is it’s difficult to pick just three, she was so damn good in so many films!
