Khalya, a new girl in town, well, mostly a new girl in the country. She just moved to USA from Japan. The girl is purely American but both of her parents passed away when she was a kid so a Japanese couple adopted her. She couldn't speak English very well since she's raised by Japanese. Just few weeks ago, her uncle decided to take her in his life so that she has to move to the other side of the world, leaving the loved ones behind. She could do nothing. She's a minor and her adoptive parents adopted her illegally. So. Yeah. -- It was the first day of school and Khalya was dead nervous about everything. She felt so insecure. What if she couldn't catch up? What if they make fun of her for being American who can't speak English? That would be so suck for her. The brunette walked down the hall with a piece of paper in her hand. She looked around to check the room and when she found it, she knocked the door and slowly stepped in, handing the paper to the teacher. She didn't want to see the faces of the other students in the class. It would just make her nervous. "Have a seat, Ms. Eaton," the teacher said. Khalya nodded and smiled a little bit as she took a seat at the back of the class, putting her bag down as she took her notebook and pen.
