BPSRL Security File #2273: Transcript of footage from reactivated brownfield mall security cameras march 6th 2020 written by Samuel Hartting, PEC Investigator. Once the cameras were reactivated and we gained remote access, As expected The area is coated in a fine layer of dust since investigations ceased and the area was sealed to protect the health and safety of the people and pokemon nearby. Turning this place into a tomb. Sure there are no bodies left and the victims received a proper burial. but still this place is a tomb and no living person since the event 10 years ago has been in here. It was my task to monitor the activities of BK2 otherwise known as the self designated, Alex Heartnote.
I turned to the camera on the rooftop to see him land on the roof of the central point of the mall, switching over to the camera nearest to the skylights, He seemed to hesitating waiting to enter. His rotom phone was floating near typing something out.
His file said he makes it a habit of keeping a journal of his actions which I honestly find helpful. After a few moments he finally opens the skylight and ends up reeling likely at the smell in there. I don’t envy him at that point. I switched to the camera inside the central point to see him descending to the ground in a slow fall.
Soon as he landed his Rotom phone started to shake violently and retreated to his messenger bag, BK2 immediately drew his firearm and kicked off the ground floating slowly and looking around. I find it odd that a pokemon would reach for a weapon but as his file dictates he is formerly human.
Soon as he neared one of the chalk lines, the hair on his back arched and he turned opening fire on a mannequin near one of the store entrances, This guy is a big ol scardy cat! Though just when he relaxed of the mannequins moved and started to run at him at a full sprint! He turns to fire at it neutralizing it and curiously approaches, kicking it to see if it was going to move.
That was when the place began to rumble and the audio was drowned out by screams and gunfire, The footage cut out for 15 min and I was unable to regain contact with him until it resumed with him and apparently what was a spiritomb, both injured and winded from a long battle. They both seem to of wordlessly conversed and at the end of the conversation the spiritomb retreated and he was able to re-establish contact. Informing us that the pokemon are welcome here but no human is allowed to visit. that the spiritomb will kill any human who comes to the mall. but thanks to him we were finally able to unseal the mall and begin construction, Albeit with a pokemon only team.
He has made a full report of what happened in the 15 min gap to my satisfaction and it was found the souls of the slain have become that spiritomb and are resentful of humans given the pokemon refused to be party to the slaying will not harm pokemon unless necessary but hold humans responsible for the deaths as such now will slay any human who enters the mall.
He was given the responsibility of maintaining the mall and working as a liaison between the pokemon who wish to work and shop there and the humans who want to communicate from a safe distance by Dr.Harmonia, once the mall has been cleaned up and restocked. Arceus Help him. The poor guy has a lot of work ahead of him.”
