Today, Dean, Sam, Jack, and Cas prepare a Thanksgiving meal for visiting friends. Dean gets up at 6:00 AM to work on the turkey and Sam flits around the kitchen, putting out the sweet potatoes and mashed potatoes that he'd made yesterday and making a last minute platter of deviled eggs. Jack and Cas proudly put out the spinach casserole and cranberry sauce that they had both worked on. The parade, and later the dog show, can be heard faintly from the Dean Cave as guests begin to show up. Charlie arrives first, bringing apple and pumpkin pies from Dean's favorite bakery near her house. Jody and Donna arrive with Claire, Alex, Kaia, and Patience and they place a large dish of Mac and Cheese on the table. Claire and Kaia invite Jack to "go on a walk" before the meal, and Jack is very surprised to find out what that means. The meal is a great success and their guests end up deciding to stay the night, as the bunker definitely has enough guest rooms to accommodate them. The whole crew ends up crammed into the Dean Cave, pie plates in hand, enjoying a late night viewing of A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving.
