sometimes, a piece of media has very little "unproblematic" characters and sometimes, it happens to be a woman and that sucks because people will latch onto her as the fandom's darling and do tons of art of her, while simultaneously ignoring her entire personality and story because she's only allowed to be the unproblematic fave and nothing else so 95% of the art and posts are just "shes the best" while all the other characters get nuanced takes and art relevant to their stories, no matter how interesting the story and her story may be, so even if she's not your fave or is your fave, you can't even properly engage with her around other people because everyone just like her for being the unproblematic character
