Hey! I don't know if you remember me or if I was on anon back then, but a few months ago I asked you what the foxhole court was and if it would be worth to give it a shot! Well - I wanna thank you for your recommendation! I recently started with the 2nd book and I really dig it so far! Truth be told the parts where they are playing on the field are always a bit confusing to me (mostly because I'm german and there are too many words I dont know haha), but overall I love the characters alot!

anyway it’s a book series about idiots. That’s it. 

Just kidding, it’s a series about students who are coming from heavy backgrounds and they all play an imaginary hybrid game of lacrosse and hockey so they vent out and are given second chance

it includes a lot of heavy topics as well, and niel josten must be protected at all costs, cause he is usually the one fucking things up (unintentionally and sometimes very intentionally) (protect him from himself) ALSO he’s on the run from his own father who is btw a psycho and also there’s mafia involved into the whole scenario and yep

He gets recruited to the new team and finds out someone from his past is the one who came to recruit him and he’s a mess

and it’s lgbt, AND IT’S WORTH IT
