1/4 I have just finished reading volume 4 of PH. Wowwww ... decidedly my favorite so far. At the same time touching and funny, one discovers there many new characters (the cat of cheschire and Jack Vessalius, left straight of the world of Alice and his memory) as well as Vincent.
2/4 We witness the disappearance of Xerxes and Alice, the discovery of the first memory of Alice, the return of Uncle Oscar and his reunion with Oz and Gil (very touching moment for all three but a little sad for Alice), the recovery of Gil's hat, we discover what is the chain of Sharon (a unicorn !!!) and that Xerxes would be the hatter (!?!).3/4 We can also see the attachment of Oz to Alice, who is growing stronger, and Gilbert's loyalty to Oz (which is always reciprocal).4/4 We find some answers to our questions: for example, Oz is the one who brought out the Baskerville and broke a century of silence, that Pandora and the Baskerville both want the will of the Abyss ...In short, I loved this volume.

1/2 Question 2: Who are my favorite characters?Difficult to say ... Reading the first three volumes, I probably would have gone with the trio Oz, Gil and Alice. However, the further we go in history and the more we discover new characters all endearing, funny or mysterious. Everyone has their own story and brings to the plot. For example, Xerxes Break at once scary and hilarious and his little Emilie not always politically correct, Uncle Oscar, Vincent, the little Echo, the hatter, Jack, etc.
2/2 In short, a super manga with endearing characters, a story that is full and well developed, full of twists and a universe reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland what I like very much. One negative point: it goes too fast! We are already in volume 5 and there are only 22.
Who was your favorite character at the start of the manga? Did it change along the way?

Weeks 4 and 5 : It’s the Cheshire cat Arc <3 !!!! So cooooool !!! I think I became crazy about that manga at this point of the story ! Break and Cheshire look so great ! Mad Hatter is so freaking awesoooome !!! olalalala <3 @ph-reading-group

Hey there everyone! I’m deeply sorry for the lack of activity these past few days. Real life took its toll on me, but I’m back!
