hi just coming in here to say that 8th grade and especially 9th grade were my years because i too always talked back at teachers. there was this geography teacher who told us that germany has a free market economy and i was like.. with all due respect but do u know the differences between free market and social market economy because.. what???! lmao she was so stupid she literally told us that it's okay to be racist if "immigrants have assaulted you" like i cannot believe that this woman sat down and really said that i got into a ten minutes fight with her over that and told her that shes crazy and there was nothing she could do about it. had another teacher who was homophobic as fuck who compared gay people to criminals and when i told him that he really just drew that comparison he was like "please dont twist my words around that's not what i said" but i just called him stupid and literally nothing that he ever said could change our power dynamic (as in i simply wasn't afraid of him and he clearly wanted to have some kind of power over me) so he ended up being scared of me literally every time i raised my hand to say smth because he knew that 80% of the shit he said was just stupid nonsense.. anyway literally no idea why im telling you all of this but i think it's kinda funny how 9th grade were the years where we just talked back at teachers and made school so much more entertaining by that lmaoo

OH MY GOD??????? that is insane. my teachers were so ableist that’s why i talked back to them also it was just fun to annoy them. your teachers sound like they had it coming tbh <3333 and yeah the power thing teachers rly wanted us to be scared lmao. my family and like relatives are the only ones with our surname and my sisters also went to my school and like i said ableist school so my mom showed up and yelled at them a lot so they saw my last name and knew not to fuck with me which was fun. god i miss messing with bad teachers
