Alex Riley was arrested on Nov. 17, 2010, in Tampa, Florida, on charges of driving under the influence. He refused to take a test at the scene. He was released from jail after posting a $500 bond. The following June, his lawyers successfully argued that the police had no probable cause for making the stop. The judge agreed and the charges were dropped
