Yes I survived my first #DeathByTens. My results: 38.0 miles, 895kj, 1,181 calories🔥, and it looks like I lost 2 lbs. #Eagles I got through my first Death By Tens stack; that’s fourteen different 10-minute rides in one short day period. Yes I survived! I closed out the say with a 5 minute post ride stretch. My hamstring and toes were hurting. I shared with others that I took me a long hot bath in my tub (and turned the jacuzzi jets) in epson salt, Miles Davis was playing and I had a glass of red wine. After 30 minutes and almost falling asleep there I am fully recovered and relaxed. Looking forward to getting a good ride and a good walk in on Sunday #Eagles. Thank you everyone!
