Also little personal headcanon,

Miguel reminded Therion of Darius! And no not just because of the hair,, and no not because i kept calling darius miguel in my playthrough….

Because iiii have a feeling Therion knows the kind of tatctics they could’ve used as children, and i have a feeling Darius would be one to manipulate and then stab in the back! Oh wait! He did that to therion!

I can’t actully remember what Therion’s travel banter was for Alf’s chapter 3 but something like this would’ve been so good (edit: i looked!! i actually do remember this one but its just about therion being a regular at taverns for information, so nothing bout miguel)

Wanted to make a hc about what this npc by rivera woods says

I imagine that even though most battles i imagine the travelers fighting together, i think Miguel knew Alfyn had people like Olberic and H’aanit on his side who he couldn’t face him with, so he went into the Rivera woods intentionally to split them up

So in my mind, Alfyn fought Miguel alone—At least, for the most part, the rest of the travelers could’ve came in to help when Miguel was winning possibly. Because honestly Miguel WAS right—Alfyn may be somewhat strong (as castti says, apothecaries are trained in combat—even if that was solistia i think it would transfer) but he cant beat a mercenary.
