⋆ ⭒ ˚ . ⋆ it was just supposed to be another average night for kyungri, but somehow she ended up getting dragged to this gig that was lasting for a lot longer than she thought it would. throughout the evening, although it wasn't something she'd admit out loud, her eyes lingered on the bassist of the band---hoped that she hadn't noticed, but overall was drowning so much in her work that her eyes were glued to her phone screen in the back of the venue for half of the time. by the time the show was over, kyungri's friend was still lingering in the club, socializing with what seemed to be every person in that building. she needed a break and stepped outside to sip on the leftover iced americano she had, legs swinging off the stairs she was sat on. not noticing someone standing behind her, once she finally turned around and gasped, placing a hand over her heart. "you're almost as talented at sneaking up on strangers as you are at playing bass." / @fadinglights
