This time, the theme is Tezuka Osamu’s Cultural Prize Original Manga, 「ユニコ」children’s abandoned toys arriving and struggling on a island, for the abandoned toys mental state, children who express emotions of sadness and anger receive the toys*
Tora: Because everyday, the abandoned toys’ feelings didn’t change right? What kind of feelings right? If I was an abandoned toy, the abandoned child was possibly angry. I think that they think”Oh, I don’t need “THIS” if I am going to be an adult”.”
Surprisingly understanding of good toys……
Tora: I must admit.(laughs) Look, I don’t continue to keep important(things like that). I think that the situation was also, that they may have and had(forced) to abandon(the toy). By the way, it’s because I’m someone who immediately throws (things) away. I’m the type to throw too much away and when I need it, I say “huh? Why don’t I have it?" and forget that I threw it away(laughs). If I’m careless, I even throw away things that are needed* (laughs). But, I seriously keep things that I don’t use anymore and take and have, its really good(quality) thing, or take something I want to occur*. Because our generation is the gaming generation, so it’s not the generation that didn’t play with toys, personally I wasn’t a kid who liked toys, only 「Saint Seiya」figures were important. Actually, because its an extreme high level of perfection figure, even now, I still have those. It’s something I can’t throw away. Speaking of, in some respects I have missed often played with Mini 4WD and Legos. When the time come, I will have to throw them away. Not throwing away memories but, it will all disappear all too soon.
To let go, is proof of have becoming an adult. Tora is, someone to cut someone(off) with one strike after judged someone’s relationship and are not needed?
Tora: You could say that (laughs). I cut and abandon a person with no need, and it is said to reflect my coldheartedness but, if we work together, and we face each other and no matter how much we talked, “it’s bad………” the person thought, it is hopeless and they won’t say anything. Now, because I think if they said, “It’s useless~” and they don’t like being together it is better to just give up. If it is work or in a relationship, it should be fun to talk and, even if you have no interests it should be fun to be together right? Because it comes to work, it will be fun but it won’t be good right? It will be difficult. But, to know the sense to give up also, is how you become an adult.
