Alice gave a deadpanned look. Seven fines? That had to be an exaggeration. "Okay?" She offered the new word with a little smirk despite herself. He always knew when something was off, though admittedly this time they hadn't been subtle. "It's nothing. Just a bad day," they assured "Nothing to be done about it."
