Summary: Bucky has been sent far away by a magical blast. He suspects it's a different dimension at least, because things are... different. Steve, for example, has been turned into a dragon shapeshifter by the serum, and Tony is a merman. Bucky has no idea what's the deal with his counterpart whose body he's currently inhabiting, but he has both of his arms, and occasionally wings too, which is cool, but was quite disturbing to find out at first. Oh, and the three of them are in a relationship here. But regardless of that, Bucky has to find out what's going on and how to get home, because the clock is always ticking in the background, not to mention the mysterious paths appearing in the forest in the mist that calls for Bucky. Everything was too cramped. Confined. Must escape. Find family. He pressed against the hard confinement and shoved with his shoulders, his legs kicking and slipping behind him. He rocked to and fro, trying every which way to break free. With a soft crack, the confinement gave way at the tip of his nose. Stale air rushed to his nostrils and he breathed it in hungrily, pushing forward to get more. Inch by inch he cracked the walls of his prison and ventured into freedom, his legs kicking, body twitching, head pushing blindly. Until finally, he dropped heavily onto the cold floor. He screeched at the hard impact, head turning this way and that, sensing his surroundings. He listened to echoes and felt the heat radiate off surfaces, but, having no eyes, he did not see.
