if, say, aliens are real, here’s my theory:
they’re just… there.
they had no interference with our creation, no interference with our religion, no interference with our culture. they just crash-landed at a time where we were already a fully developed species.
ok now that i’m typing this out it sounds like bs because how could they not have impacted us at all?
i guess what I’m trying to say is that the evidence of aliens might not require an “everything we know about ourselves is a lie” kind of revelation. maybe they’re just as confused about us as we are about them.
