Since the contact with humans, many cultures have added english/human words to their vocabulary. This is because of how their language works, constantly shifting and updating with every single sound they discover, so when introduced to a new concept due to a people, they will often just end up using the human word for it. Examples include:
Cha’ir’s clan using the human word book after being Introduced to the concept while being told about colonizers
Generation cycle 13 ; generation 6 kids use many humans words as slang, such as dude, bro, man, water fountain, tree and others, forming their own dialect and accents
The next clan over recently discovered paper like materials, which they call “shape leaves”
The Q’o’ahrhi tribe of the black mountains have started wearing and making human clothes, pioneering the discovery of sowing and the trade of fabrics, using the human terms fabric, tissue, body leaves, and many more
However, some individuals use slang that doesn’t really translate into human words
Generation cycle 2 ; cycle 3, the elders, call humans “chest leg lackers” because we don’t have front legs and only have back legs and arms
They generally call our travel ships “sky boats”
When first introduced to a phone Cha’ir called it something along the lines of “light spot talk rectangle” which is honestly on the spot
When introduced to chairs and after a quick talk on how they would write their name in english and various other things, Cha’irs friends and other individuals his age started calling him things like “seat” and of course “chair”
